Iron Lung is an appealing horror simulation game. In this game, you control a small, suffocating submarine that is stuck in a dangerous ocean on an alien moon. After a cosmic event called the "Quiet Rapture," people are left floating through space. You are a doomed prisoner sent to investigate a strange, bloody sea. Since there are no windows and not much of a view, your only chance of survival is to make it through long enough to take notes on strange places and find out what's really below the surface.
Navigate in Total Blindness
You only use simple tools to steer the submarine. To move carefully through the ocean, you can't see it clearly, so you have to depend on a map, measurements, and a few simple controls. Every move is important because even small ones can put you in danger of dying.

At certain places, you use an outside camera to capture pictures of strange rock formations, ruins, and creatures you don't know. You need these pictures to finish your task and slowly reveal the secrets that are hidden in the ocean.

To survive, you must always keep an eye on oxygen levels, hull stability, and system status. Be careful, since unexpected events and threats in the surroundings raise the stress level, making you constantly alert.

Unknown and strange animals may show up out of the blue. To avoid catastrophic damage, you must act quickly by timing, placing, and moving carefully.
